Description CD127 MicroBead Kit は、CD127+細胞の磁気標識または除去のために開発されました。CD127は、IL-7レセプターのα鎖であり、タイプ I 膜貫通型糖タンパク質です。IL-7Rを介するIL-7のシグナル伝達には、IL-7Rα と共通γ鎖 (γc) の両方が必要です1。CD127は、初期のpre-B細胞期を通して未成熟B細胞に、胸腺細胞に、そして、殆どの成熟T細胞（活性化に伴って一過性にダウンレギュレーションされます）に発現が認められます2,3。制御性T細胞においてはCD127発現は欠落しており4、その発現は、FoxP3発現や抑制機能活性と反比例しています5,6。CD127は、thymic stromal derived lymphopoietin (TSLP) レセプター複合体の一部でもあります1。 Applications CD127+ T細胞の分離と除去。制御性T細胞の濃縮を目的としたCD127+ T細胞のディプリーション。 ヒト制御性T細胞は、例えば、CD4+CD25+CD127dim/– Regulatory T Cell Isolation Kit, human を用いて分離することができます。 Columns ポジティブセレクションには、MS, LS, XS, or autoMACS® Columns. ディプリーションには、LD, CS, D, or autoMACS Columns.
