CD45 MicroBeads
Description CD45 MicroBeads は、末梢血、リンパ組織、腫瘍組織、非造血組織から白血球をディプリーションもしくは濃縮するために使用します。CD45 は、赤血球、血小板とその前駆細胞を除いた、全ての造血系細胞に発現しています。 Applications CD45 MicroBeads は、CD45+白血球をディプリーションして、患者の末梢血、骨髄、リンパ節から非造血系腫瘍細胞を濃縮するために使用されています1-4。 Columns ディプリーションには LD, CS, D, 又は autoMACS® Columns		Figure 1 A cytokeratin-positive cell was enriched from bone marrow of a patient with renal carcinoma by depletion of leukocytes using CD45 MicroBeads.
