| Description |
MACS® GMP Cell Differentiation Bag は、ガス透過型の細胞培養バッグです。また、透明バッグのため、細胞の培養過程を顕微鏡で簡単にモニターできます。
培養液量 100 mL, 250 mL, 500 mL の3種類の規格で販売しております。
製品は個別包装され、無菌性、エンドトキシン試験に合格しています。 |
| Applications |
| MACS® GMP Cell Differentiation Bag は、不均一な血液細胞の集団（例えばCD14マーカー陽性の単球を濃縮した後で樹状細胞を分化誘導する場合など）をin vitro にて培養・増幅させるアプリケーションに使用できます。 |
