CD271 (LNGFR)-FITC Antibody
Description LNGFR (low-affinity nerve growth factor receptor, CD271) は、low affinity neurotrophin receptors および tumor necrosis factor receptor スーパーファミリーに属しています。このレセプターは中枢及び末梢神経系の自律ならびに感覚神経で見られます。そのほか、乏突起神経膠細胞 (oligodendrocytes)、星状膠細胞 (astrocytes)、シュワン細胞(Schwann cells) などのグリア細胞でも発現が見られます。さらに、CD271 (LNGFR) は、骨髄間質細胞 (MSC)、濾胞樹状細胞、上皮―間葉系相互作用に関わる間葉細胞にも発現しています。 Applications CD 271 (LNGFR) 抗体は、フローサイトメトリーや蛍光顕微鏡による、CD 271 (LNGFR)+　細胞の同定及び分析に使用することが出来ます。CD 271 (LNGFR)-FITC 抗体により、 pMACS LNGFRや pMACS LNGFR-IRでトランスフェクションした細胞の、形質転換効率を調べることが出来ます（ MACSelect LNGFR MicroBeadsで標識する前に限ります）。 Clone Isotype ME20.4-1.H4 Mouse IgG1 Further information CD271_lipoaspirate_poster [PDF; 235,9 KB]		Figure 1 Jurkat cells were transfected with the human LNGFR gene and mixed with untransfected cells. Mixed cells were stained with CD271 (LNGFR)-FITC, and analyzed by flow cytometry. Cell debris and dead cells were excluded from the analysis based on scatter signals and PI fluorescence.
