Overview Anti-H-2Kk 抗体は、フローサイトメトリーや蛍光顕微鏡法による、H-2Kk ハプロタイプのマウス MHC class I + 細胞の同定および解析に適しています。また MACSelect™ Kk-Transfected Cell Selection Kits を使用した際、この抗体は、pMACS Kk.II で形質転換した細胞の評価に使用できます。 Details Background information H-2Kk 抗原は、H-2Kk ハプロタイプのマウスのMHC Class I 陽性細胞や、MACSelect™ Kk - Transfected Cell Selection Kits を用いて pMACS Kk.II で形質転換した細胞に発現しています。 Clone Isotype H100-27.R55 Mouse IgG2a		Figure 1 Cells from the mouse pre–B cell 1881 cell line were stably transfected with the H-2Kk gene and mixed with untransfected cells from this cell line in a 1:3 ratio.
