CD43 MicroBeads
Description Rat CD43 MicroBeads は、リンパ組織からの非標識 resting B細胞の分離のために開発されました。CD43 抗原 (leukosialin) は、 resting B細胞以外のほとんどすべてのラット白血球に発現しています。CD43 MicroBeads で磁気標識すると、non-resting B細胞とそのほかのCD43+細胞はカラムに保持され、一方 resting Bリンパ球は未標識のままカラム流出液中に回収されます。 Applications CD43 MicroBeads を使用して得られた非標識 resting B細胞は、B細胞分化や機能に関する分析に使用できます。 Columns ディプリーションには MS, LS, LD, CS, D, 又は autoMACS® Columns		Figure 1 Isolation of untouched B cells from rat spleen by depletion of CD43+ cells using CD43 MicroBeads, a MiniMACS™ Separator, and an MS Column.
