| MACS® Cytokine Secretion Assays |

MACS® Cytokine Secretion Assays は、生きたサイトカイン分泌細胞の 非常に高感度な検出 と濃縮のために開発されました。
この特殊な技術によって以下のことが可能になります。
- 単一細胞レベルでのサイトカインの検出
- サイトカイン産生細胞のサブセットや活性化状態について、より詳細な情報を得るための表現型解析
- 共発現している2種類のサイトカインの検出や、ペプチド-MHC テトラマーを同時に染色することによる機能解析
- 100万個の細胞の中から1個の抗原特異的T細胞を検出するために、サイトカイン分泌細胞を磁気濃縮して感度を増強する。または、生きているサイトカイン分泌細胞を磁気濃縮して、実験に用いる。
ヒトT 細胞のポリクローナルな活性化には、CytoStim と T Cell Activation/Expansion Kit をお勧めします。抗原特異的な活性化には、CMV pp65 - Recombinant Protein、または、CMV pp65 特異的 T 細胞刺激用のペプチドプールである PepTivator - CMV pp65 を用いることができます。 |
