| MACS® Control (MC) Antibody Cocktails は新しい製品群で、細胞分離の効率と純度をフローサイトメトリーで簡単かつ迅速に解析するために作られました。MACS Technology で細胞分離をした後、細胞をこの調製済みの抗体カクテルで簡単に染色して、解析するだけです。最低限のピペッティングは必要ですが、MACSQuant® Analyzer の自動処理機能を使用すれば、操作が短時間で済み、簡単になります。もちろん、このカクテルは他のフローサイトメーターでも使用できます。ミルテニーバイオテク社が開発した violet レーザーで発光させる新しい蛍光物質である、VioBlue で標識したCD45抗体が含まれているので、解析時に簡単に白血球を区別することが出来ます。 |
