| MACS® Control (MC) Antibody Cocktails は新しい製品群で、細胞分離の効率と純度をフローサイトメトリーで簡単かつ短時間に行うために作られました。MACS Technologyで細胞分離をした後、細胞を単純にこの抗体カクテルで染めて、解析するだけです。最低限のピペッティングは必要ですが、自動化されたMACSQuant™ Analyzer を使用すれば、操作が短時間で済み、簡単になります。もちろん、このカクテルは他のフローサイトメーターでも使用できます。ミルテニーバイオテク社が開発した violet レーザーで発光させる新しい蛍光物質である、VioBlue で標識したCD45抗体が含まれているので、解析時に簡単に白血球を区別することが出来ます。 |
