VioGreen™ is a large Stokes shift fluorophore, emitting a high fluorescence at 520 nm upon excitation at 405 nm. It is optimized for the V2 channel (525/50 nm) of the MACSQuant Analyzers, complementing the VioBlue dye, which is designed for the V1 channel (450/50 nm). Due to its emission spectrum VioGreen also delivers high-quality signals in channels using a 585/40 nm filter. These characteristics are perfectly suited for multiparameter cell analysis and feature VioGreen as a superior replacement for Pacific Orange, Krome Orange, or BD Horizon V500.
