VioBlue® is a coumarin-based dye that serves the V1 channel (450/50 nm) of the MACSQuant Analyzers. Upon excitation at 405 nm, it emits a high fluorescence intensity at 455 nm, making it a superior alternative to Pacific Blue, Alexa Fluor 405, or BD Horizon V450. Multiplexing of VioBlue with other fluorochromes is easily possible, adding to the variety of marker combinations for multiparameter cell analysis.
