What has changed?

Our researchers have been working hard so that you don’t have to. The release of our next generation protocols means that your total isolation time is reduced to as little as 18 minutes. Giving you the same quality results you expect … only faster.

Three easy steps to pure and happy mouse cells.

First, non-target cells are labeled with a biotin-conjugated antibody cocktail. Second, the cells are then labeled with anti-biotin MicroBeads. Finally, the sample is applied to a MACS® Column placed in a MACS Separator and washed once to ensure the highest recoveries possible. Simple, easy, and straightforward. From a single-cell suspension of spleen cells to publication-ready target cells faster.

Unlike other, column-free methods, both positive and negative cell fractions can be used for any downstream application.
