Reliable and effective methods for the activation and expansion of immune cells are of great importance for subsequent downstream analyses.
Based on MACSiBead™ Particles, micron-sized magnetic particles loaded with activating antibodies, Miltenyi Biotec has developed a variety of complete kits that meet these needs. Human, mouse, and non-human primate T cells, and even human NK cells can be easily activated and expanded in a controlled fashion, e.g for activation of T cells prior to transfection or for investigating NK cell cytotoxicity against different targets. |
