Systemic sclerosis
|
Systemic sclerosis has been treated in clinical trials by autologous stem cell transplantation. The transplanted cells were additionally purified by using the CliniMACS® CD34 Separation System prior to re-infusion. (Vonk et al. (2008) Ann. Rheum. Dis. 67:98–104, Van Laar et.al (2008) Ann Rheum Dis. 67:35-38).
