Systemic sclerosis
|
The treatment of systemic sclerosis has already been evaluated using the CliniMACS® system. Patients were treated with myeloablative chemotherapy followed by CD34+ selected stem cell transplantation. A CliniMACS CD34+ cell enrichment of the stem cells was performed with the aim to reduce potentially autoreactive cells in the graft.
