In its current issue, the news magazine “Focus” has published the results of a survey with the title “Germany’s best jobs with a future“. This independent survey examined various key data of a number of companies to ascertain just how secure, and therefore how sustainable in the long-term, a position in each company would be. We are very pleased to be able to announce that Miltenyi Biotec is one of the winners.
The Survey: “Germany’s best jobs with a future”
On behalf of Focus Money and Deutschland Test, a survey was made of 5,000 companies with the most employees and with headquarters in Germany. The data corresponding to three key criteria from 2011 to 2015 was evaluated for each company.
Firstly, the number of employees within the survey period should not have sunk; secondly the annual turnover should have been consistently above the average for that business sector; and, thirdly, a profit had to be made on earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT).
Based on these three criteria, 491 companies from 52 different commercial sectors were named as excellent employers.
