Webinar system requirements
Besides a computer with internet access, you will need a telephone or a computer-connected headset.
• Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista:
Internet Explorer 6/7/8 / Firefox 2/3/3.5 / Chrome 3
JavaScript and cookies need to be enabled. Recommend ActiveX be enabled (unblocked for Internet Explorer)
• Mac OS X 10.4, 10.5 (PowerPC/Intel):
Safari 3.0 (Mac OS 10.4, 10.5), Safari 4.0 (Mac OS 10.6) / Firefox 2/3/3.5
JavaScript and cookies need to be enabled. Requires Apple Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 or higher
• Additionally, webinar supports Ubuntu 9.04, Red Hat 5, SuSE 11.1 (Linux) and Solaris 10/ OpenSolaris (x86)
Webinar log in information
1. To log in to the webinar, open your invitation or registration confirmation email message, and then click the link to join the webinar. The webinar information page appears.
2. Enter your name and—if not automatically populated—your email address and the webinar password.
3. Click Join now. You are connected to the webinar.
4. Join the audio conference with your telephone and your local telephone number provided, or enter the VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) with your computer-connected headset.
