Overview
The antibody is suited for the identification and enumeration of human and non-human primate CD45RA+ cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.
Details
Background information Clone T6D11 recognizes the human CD45RA antigen which is expressed on naive CD4+ and CD8+ T cells as well as on CD8+ effector T cells. CD45RA is also present on subsets of B and NK cells as well as on plasmacytoid dendritic cells. The CD45RA antibody recognizes the 220 kDa isoform of the leukocyte common antigen (LCA), a transmembrane tyrosine phosphatase. |
Cross-reactivity
This antibody has been tested to cross-react with - Rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta)
- Cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis)

Human PBMCs were stained with CD45RA antibodies coupled to FITC (A), PE (B), APC (C), VioBlue (D), VioGreen (E), PE-Vio770 (F) or PerCP (G) and CD45RO-PE or -FITC, and analyzed by flow cytometry using the MACSQuant® Analyzer. Cells labeled with CD45RA-Biotin were stained with Anti-Biotin-PE (H) as well as CD45RO-APC.
