| Overview |
Red Blood Cell Lysis Solution has been developed for optimal lysis of erythrocytes with minimal effects on leukocytes in human whole blood or bone marrow, or in mouse or rat whole blood.
A washing step after erythrocyte lysis is recommended prior to cell separation or prior to flow cytometric analysis, if the analysis is performed more than one hour after lysis. |
