Overview

Pre-Separation Filters, 30 µm, are designed for the easy removal of cell aggregates or large particles from single-cell suspensions to ensure effective magnetic or fluorescent cell labeling, and thus optimal flow within cell separation columns and flow cytometer.

Details

Background information
The Pre-Separation Filters fit onto MACS® MS, LS, LD, CS, Large Cell, and Whole Blood Columns, as well as onto tubes with a capacity of 13–15 mL. One set contains 50 sterile and ready-to-use filters.

Applications
The filters can be used for the removal of large particles from, for example, blood cell samples, lymphoid or neural tissue preparations.
