| Description |
| The Stemfect™ hESC DNA Transfection Kit is a highly efficient, non-cytotoxic, and easy to use polymer-based transfection kit specifically designed for in vitro DNA transfection of human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. The Stemfect™ 3.0 transfection reagent, included in the kit, is a biodegradable beta-amino polymer that, with its unique structural features, complexes with DNA plasmid to facilitate entry into the cell and nucleus leading to high levels of gene expression. Transfection with Stemfect™ 3.0 results in higher transfection efficiency and cell viability of human ES and iPS cells over conventional methods such as electroporation or lipid based reagents. |
