| Stemgent® Recombinant Human c-Myc-11R |

| Description |
| Stemgent® c-Myc-11R is a full-length recombinant human protein fused to an eleven arginine (i.e., 11R) membrane penetration domain at the C terminus to enable penetration across the plasma membrane of mammalian cells. The protein was expressed in E. coli as inclusion bodies, solubilized, refolded, and further purified. The protein identity was confirmed by western blot analysis. The in vitro function was tested using specific DNA binding assays. 11R proteins were reported to successfully generate induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells from OG2 MEFs1. |
