Stemgent® Reprogramming Ecotropic Retrovirus Set: Mouse OKSM
Description
The expression of four mouse transcription factors (TF) (Oct4, Klf4, Sox2, and c-Myc) has been shown to reprogram mouse embryonic fibroblasts to an embryonic stem (ES) cell-like state known as the induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell1. The Stemgent® iPSC Generation Mouse TF Ecotropic Retrovirus Set: OKSM + G consists of four retroviruses, each of which is capable of expressing one of these four factors when transduced into mouse and rat cells. Each unique virus is provided as an ecotropic virus stock capable of efficiently transducing mouse and rat cell types. The GFP retrovirus is included as a transduction control.

Components:
- Stemgent® iPSC Generation Mouse TF Ecotropic Retrovirus Oct4
- Stemgent® iPSC Generation Mouse TF Ecotropic Retrovirus Klf4
- Stemgent® iPSC Generation Mouse TF Ecotropic Retrovirus Sox2
