| Stemgent BJ Human Fibroblasts, p6 |
|
| Description |
| BJ human fibroblast cells were established from normal human foreskin. These cells have a long lifespan in comparison with other normal human fibroblast cell lines and have the ability to proliferate to a maximum of 72 population doublings before the onset of senescence. BJ cells were one of the first cell types to be reprogrammed into iPS cells, and are commonly used in human cell reprogramming studies. Stemgent BJ Human Fibroblasts (early passage, p6) are high quality, low passage fibroblasts that have been successfully reprogrammed into induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. They can be used to study the mechanisms of reprogramming or as a reprogramming control. |
