| Description |
| Stemolecule™ GDC-0941 is a cell-permeable, selective small molecule that inhibits Class I PI3 Kinase1. The PI3K/ Akt signaling pathway plays a central role in diverse cellular functions, including proliferation, growth, survival, and metabolism. GDC-0941 inhibits cell-cycle progression and induces apoptosis of both acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and multiple myeloma cells2,3. Stemolecule™ GDC-0941, therefore, impairs cell growth and proliferation and induces G1 arrest. |
