| Description |
| Stemolecule™ KP372-1 is a highly specific small molecule inhibitor of the PI3K/Akt signaling cascade1. KP372-1 specifically inhibits AKT kinase, thus reducing cell proliferation and inducing pronounced apoptosis in a number of cells lines that include thyroid cancer, human glioma and acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) cell lines1,2,3. Stemolecule™ KP372-1, therefore, may be useful in modifying cell growth and proliferation in cell line studies. |
