| Stemolecule™ Cyclic Pifithrin-α |

| Description |
| Stemolecule™ Cyclic Pifithrin-α (Cyclic PFT-α) is a transcriptional inhibitor of p53. Cyclic PFT-α was found to be one log more potent than the p53 inactivator Pifithrin-α with EC50 values ranging around 30 nM. The reduction of p53 activity has been shown to enhance reprogramming efficiency of human and mouse somatic cells. Cyclic PFT-α sensitizes tumor cells to antimicrotubule agent induced apoptosis. |
