| Description |
| The CD105 MultiSort Kit (PE), mouse is an indirect magnetic labeling system designed for the isolation of CD105+Sca-1+ long-term repopulating (LTR) hematopoietic stem cells (HSC) from mouse bone marrow in combination with the Anti-Sca-1 MicroBead Kit (FITC). The CD105+Sca-1+Rhodamine123low phenotype defines a nearly homogeneous population of LTR-HSCs. The CD105+ cells are isolated using CD105 MultiSort MicroBeads (PE). Subsequently, the magnetic particles are enzymatically released. The CD105+ cells can then be magnetically labeled and sorted for a second antigen, for example, Sca-1. The CD105 MultiSort Kit (PE), mouse is a complete system for sequential positive selections. It contains CD105-PE, mouse, Anti-PE MultiSort MicroBeads, the MultiSort Release Reagent, and the MultiSort Stop Reagent. |
| Applications |
The CD105 MultiSort Kit (PE), mouse, in conjunction with the Anti-Sca-1 MicroBead Kit (FITC), can be used for the isolation of CD105+Sca-1+ long-term repopulating hematopoietic stem cells (LTR-HSCs1,2) . The CD105 MultiSort Kit (PE), mouse can also be used for the isolation of CD105+ subsets from mouse blood, bone marrow, or cell cultures as well as specific murine endothelial cell types, for example, from cardiac tissue. |
