| Description |
| CellMates™ Accumax™ Cell Dissociation Solution is a solution of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes. CellMates™ Accumax™ Cell Dissociation Solution contains no components of mammalian or bacterial origin. CellMates™ Accumax™ Cell Dissociation Solution performs exceptionally well in dissociating cell clumps for cell counting, viral transfection assays, cell sorting, and flow cytometry as well as bioreactor scale-up. CellMates™ Accumax™ Cell Dissociation Solution has been shown to be effective in dissociating cell clumps in a variety of cell lines including human embryonic stem cells, hybridomas, CHO, BHK, 293, COS and Sf9 cells. |
