CD45 MicroBeads
Description CD45 MicroBeads have been developed for the separation of non-human primate cells based on the expression of the CD45 antigen. CD45 is expressed on non-human primate leukocytes including lymphocytes, monocytes, and granulocytes, but not on erythroid cells. Applications Non-human primate CD45 MicroBeads can be used for positive selection or depletion of rhesus monkey leukocytes expressing the CD45 antigen. Columns For positive selection: MS, LS, XS, or autoMACSâ„¢ Columns. For depletion: LD, CS, D, or autoMACS Columns.
