CD11b MicroBeads

Overview

CD11b MicroBeads have been developed for the separation of myeloid cells from rhesus monkey peripheral blood. CD11b is expressed on rhesus monkey granulocytes and monocytes.

Details

Applications
Non-human primate CD11b MicroBeads can be used for positive selection or depletion of rhesus monkey monocytes.

Columns

For positive selection: MS, LS, XS, or autoMACS® Columns. For depletion: LD, CS, D, or autoMACS Columns.
