| Overview |
| Mo-DC Maturation Medium is designed for the production of mature monocyte-derived dendritic cells (Mo-DCs) from immature Mo-DCs. |
| Details |
Large numbers of monocyte‑derived dendritic cells (Mo-DCs) can be generated ex vivo from purified CD14+ monocytes.1–6 The Mo-DC Maturation Medium is used for the maturation of immature Mo-DCs. Immature (Mo-DCs) can be easily obtained through differentiation of monocytes with a lot-to-lot consistent, standardized protocol using the Mo-DC Differentiation Medium.
The Mo-DC Maturation Medium is based on RPMI 1640 medium and contains L-glutamine and tumor necrosis factor alpha. It is also a component of the Mo-DC Generation Toolbox I and the Mo-DC Generation Toolbox II. |
