| Description |
| The CD8 MicroBead Kit was developed for the positive selection or depletion of CD8+ cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs. |
| Details |
Background information CD8 is expressed on rhesus monkey cytotoxic T cells as well as on a subset of NK cells. The CD8 MicroBead Kit consists of a monoclonal CD8 antibody conjugated to phycoerythrin (CD8-PE) and Anti-PE MicroBeads.
Downstream applications The kit has been used in the context of developing an in vitro viral suppression assay.1 It has also been used to investigate T lymphocyte subset responsiveness to vaccine regimens.2 |
