| Description |
| The CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit is an indirect magnetic labeling system for the isolation of untouched CD8+ T cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs. Non-CD8+ T cells are indirectly magnetically labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. Highly pure untouched CD8+ T cells are obtained by depletion of the magnetically labeled cells. |
| Applications |
T cells isolated with the CD8+ T Cell Isolation Kit are used when direct labeling of T cell surface molecules could interfere with downstream applications, e.g., in studies on cytotoxic T cell activation. Untouched CD8+ T cells may also be used for further isolation of specific cytotoxic T cell subsets. |
