| Description |
| The Pan T Cell Isolation Kit is an indirect magnetic labeling system for the isolation of untouched T cells from rhesus monkey PBMCs. Non-T cells are indirectly magnetically labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. Highly pure untouched T cells are obtained by depletion of the magnetically labeled cells. |
| Applications |
T cells isolated with the Pan T Cell Isolation Kit are used when direct labeling of T cell surface molecules could interfere with downstream applications, e.g., in studies on T cell activation. Untouched T cells may also be used for further isolation of specific T cell subsets, such as naive or memory T cells and activated T cells. |
