FcR Blocking Reagent (human)
Description The FcR Blocking Reagent was developed to increase the specificity of magnetic labeling with MACS® MicroBeads. This improves the purity of magnetically isolated target cells, including extremely rare target cells such as antigen-specific B cells, fetal cells in maternal blood, hematopoietic progenitor cells, or disseminated epithelial tumor cells. Applications FcR Blocking Reagent is used to block unwanted binding of antibodies to human Fc receptor-expressing cells such as B cells, monocytes, and macrophages.		Figure 1 FcR Blocking Reagent.
