FcR Blocking Reagent (mouse)
Description Incubation of cells with FcR Blocking Reagent, mouse increases the specificity of labeling with MACS® MicroBeads or MACS® Antibodies and thereby improves the purity of magnetically isolated target cells and specificity of immunofluorescent staining, respectively. Applications FcR Blocking Reagent, mouse is used to block unwanted binding of antibodies to mouse cells expressing Fc receptors, such as B cells, monocytes, and macrophages, and increases the specificity of MicroBead labeling of rare cells, for example, neural stem cells, hematopoietic stem cells, or regulatory T cells.
