| Description |
FDA-approved and CE-marked technology for the clinical selection of CD34 positive cells, allowing the passive depletion of tumor cells from autologous apheresis products.
A functionally closed system and an automated technology give high purity and yield of CD34 positive cells. The instrument has a capacity of up to 8Ă—1010 nucleated cells.
In Europe, the instrument also has CE mark approval for the automated concurrent selection of CD34 positive cells along with the negative depletion of another cell type from this cellular fraction (+/– technology).1 |
