| Description |
The CD69 MicroBead Kit II is an indirect magnetic labeling system for positive selection or depletion of activated cells. CD69+ cells are labeled with CD69-Biotin and Anti-Biotin MicroBeads.
CD69 is expressed on activated T cells, B cells, and NK cells, but not on resting lymphocytes. CD69 is a cell surface protein which is rapidly up-regulated after lymphocyte activation. CD69 is also expressed on activated macrophages and other cell types including neutrophils, eosinophils, and platelets. |
| Applications |
| The CD69 MicroBead Kit II was developed for positive selection or depletion of activated T cells, B cells, or NK cells from PBMCs, lymphatic tissues, or cultured cells. For the isolation of CD69+ cell subsets, the CD69 MicroBead Kit II can be combined with MACS® Cell Isolation Kits or MultiSort Kits. |
