High throughput performance in molecule purification—the MultiMACS™ Separator allows the parallel processing of multiple samples with MACS® Technology.
Manual or robotic molecule isolation—the convenient and fast μMACS™ Procedures are performed by manual pipetting with software guidance or fully automated in a liquid handling robot.
Parallel processing of up to 96 samples—the flexible format allows performance of 8 to 96 reactions in parallel using Multi-8 Columns or Multi-96 Columns.
The MultiMACS Separator is a semi-automated benchtop magnet for multiple magnetic sample applications in molecular biology and protein biochemistry. Highly pure molecules, such as mRNA, specific nucleic acid sequences, or proteins, as e.g. epitope-tagged proteins, as well as molecular complexes, can be isolated with MACS Technology. Further applications include isolation of molecular complexes for protein interaction studies, library separation using display technologies, or purification of live, infectious virus particles.

| Columns |
| Multi-8 and Multi-96 Columns are individually sterile packed. The MultiColumn format is compatible to the microtiter plate-format and is designed for robotic handling. The columns enable small-scale, parallel isolations in multiples of 8, up to a maximum of 96 per run. |
