Eosinophil Isolation Kit
Description The Eosinophil Isolation Kit is an indirect magnetic labeling system for the isolation of untouched eosinophils from human peripheral blood. Non-eosinophils (i.e. T cells, B cells, NK cells, neutrophils, dendritic cells, monocytes, and erythroid cells) are indirectly magnetically labeled by using a cocktail of biotin-conjugated antibodies against CD2, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD56, CD123, and CD235a (glycophorin A), as well as Anti-Biotin MicroBeads. Highly pure eosinophils are obtained by depletion of the magnetically labeled cells. Applications The Eosinophil Isolation Kit can be used for the isolation of eosinophils for functional studies, studies on signal transduction, activation mechanisms, or cytokine production.
