| Description |
Clone M-T466 recognizes the human 55 kDa transmembrane protein CD4, which is responsible for the recognition of the MHC Class II antigen. This anti-human CD4 antibody cross-reacts with rhesus monkey (Macaca mulatta) and cynomolgus monkey (Macaca fascicularis) T helper cells. |
| Applications |
The CD4 antibody can be used to identify and characterize CD4+ cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy. This antibody is suitable for MACS® Control applications. For further details, please refer to the data sheet of the separation reagent. |
