| Description |
Clone 145-2C11 specifically recognizes the ε subunit of the the mouse CD3 antigen. CD3 is a 20 kDa transmembrane protein and a subunit of the TCR complex. Along with the γ and δ subunits of CD3, the ε chain is required for proper assembly and expression of the TCR complex. CD3ε is expressed on thymocytes, mature T lymphocytes, and NKT cells |
| Applications |
| The antibody is suitable for identification and enumeration of mouse T cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy. |
