Description
The Anti-IgG1 antibody reacts with the IgG1 subclass of human immunoglobulins. Other subclasses are not detected. Clone IS11-12E4.23.30 recognizes the Fc region of IgG1. IgG produced by B cells is the most abundant immunoglobulin in humans. It is expressed in a membrane-associated or a secreted form. IgG1 is the most abundant subclass of IgG in serum. |
Applications
Identification and enumeration of IgG1+ human cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy.

Figure
Human PBMCs were stained with Anti-IgG1 antibodies conjugated to PE (A), APC (B), or Biotin (C) and with CD19 antibodies and analyzed by flow cytometry. Cells stained with Anti-IgG1-Biotin were stained with Anti-Biotin-PE in addition.
