| Description |
Clone M-T411 recognizes the human CD6 antigen, a 100 kDa transÂmembrane glycoprotein. CD6 functions as an adhesion molecule as well as costimulatory molecule for TCR-mediated T cell activation. CD6 is expressed on the majority of T cells as well as on a subset of B cells in peripheral blood. The CD6 antigen is also expressed at low levels on immature thymocytes and at high levels on mature thymocytes. |
| Applications |
The CD6 antibodies can be used to identify and enumerate CD6+ cells by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy. CD6-PE and CD6-APC are suitable for MACS® Control applications. For further details, please refer to the data sheet of the separation reagent. |
