Description
The CD56 MultiSort Kit is a direct magnetic labeling system designed for the isolation of distinct CD56+ subsets from human blood, bone marrow, cell cultures, or lymphoid tissue. The CD56+ cells are isolated with CD56 MultiSort MicroBeads and the magnetic particles are enzymatically released. The isolated CD56+ cells can then be magnetically labeled and sorted for a second antigen. The CD56 MultiSort Kit is a complete system for sequential positive selections. It contains CD56 MultiSort MicroBeads, the MultiSort Release Reagent, and the MultiSort Stop Reagent.
Applications
The CD56 MultiSort Kit can be used to isolate specific T cell or NK cell subsets, e.g., CD8+CD56+, CD3+CD56+, or CD56+CD69+ cell populations.
