| Description |
| The CD56 MultiSort Kit was developed for the sequential positive selection of CD56+ cells from human blood, bone marrow, cell cultures, or lymphoid tissue, allowing the isolation of distinct CD56+ cell subsets. |
| Details |
Detailed separation procedure CD56+ cells are isolated by positive selection and the magnetic particles are enzymatically released from the MultiSort MicroBeads. The selected CD56+ cells can then be magnetically labeled and sorted for a second antigen.
Downstream applications The CD56 MultiSort Kit can be used to isolate specific NK or T cell subsets, e.g., CD8+CD56+, CD3+CD56+, or CD56+CD69+ cell populations. |
