ProCatch His Resin is a new immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) resin to purify His-tagged recombinant proteins from prokaryotic or insect cells.
The functional moieties of this resin contain nickel to provide the proven, high-binding capacity. The proprietary chelator was developed to improve specificity, allowing a very pure protein isolation. ProCatch His Resin enables native and denaturing protein purification in a low-pressure, gravity-flow, or batch procedure. For small-scale, highly pure isolation of His-tagged proteins from mammalian cells, the Ī¼MACSā¢ His Isolation Kit is recommended. |
