| Anti-Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase |
|
| Description |
| Anti-Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase is a cocktail of two cytokeratin-specific antibody clones, CK3-11D5 and CK3-3E4, which are directly conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. CK3-11D5 is a multi-cytokeratin–specific antibody that recognizes cytokeratins 7, 8, 18, and 19 and crossblocks binding of Cam5.2, an antibody specific for cytokeratins 7 and 8. CK3-3E4 binds specifically to cytokeratin 8 and almost completely crossblocks A45-B/B3, an antibody known to recognize the cytokeratin heterodimers 8/18 and 8/19. |
| Applications |
| Anti-Cytokeratin-Alkaline Phosphatase is suitable for immunohistochemistry. It is used for intracellular staining of epithelial tissue and detection of epithelium-derived tumor cells in non-epithelial cell samples or tissues. |
| Clone | Isotype |
| CK3-3E4 | Mouse IgG2a |
| CK3-11D5 | Mouse IgG1 |
