autoMACS™  Rinsing Solution
Description The autoMACSâ„¢ Rinsing Solution has been developed for rinsing and cleaning cycles on the autoMACS Separator. It is supplied in a 1.45 L bottle format that connects directly to the autoMACS Separator. This sterile-filtered buffer contains EDTA. It is free of protein and preservatives. Applications The autoMACSâ„¢ Rinsing Solution is used for rinsing and cleaning of the autoMACS Separator's fluidic system. One bottle (1.45 L) is sufficient for up to 15 cycles. In combination with the MACS BSA Stock Solution, the autoMACS Rinsing Solution is further used for the preparation of an optimal, preservative-free MACS Separation Buffer that can be used for cell sorting on the autoMACS Pro Separator, the autoMACS Separator, and all manual MACS Cell Separation Systems.
