Background information
The autoMACS Running Buffer is sterile-filtered and ready-to-use. It contains bovine serum albumin (BSA), EDTA, and 0.09% azide. It is quality-controlled for cell separation requirements. One bottle (1.5 L) is sufficient for up to 15 cycles consisting of cell separation and system rinsing using the autoMACS Instruments. |
