autoMACSâ„¢ Running Buffer
Description The autoMACS™ Running Buffer is an optimized MACS® Separation Buffer suitable for every MACS Cell Separation. This buffer is sterile-filtered and ready-to-use. It contains bovine serum albumin (BSA), EDTA, and 0.09% azide. It is quality-controlled for cell separation requirements. The autoMACS Running Buffer is supplied in a 1.5 L bottle format that connects directly to the autoMACS Pro Separator and the autoMACS Separator. Applications The autoMACS Running Buffer can be used for cell sorting on the autoMACS Pro Separator, the autoMACS Separator, and for all manual MACS Cell Separation Systems. One bottle (1.5 L) is sufficient for up to 15 cycles consisting of cell separation and system rinsing using the autoMACS Instruments.		Figure 1 autoMACS™ Running Buffer.
